With the maturing of network technology, the application of two-dimensional codes in product packaging has become increasingly widespread.
In the actual application process, the two-dimensional code has several key parameter settings:
1. Two-dimensional code size settings: Two-dimensional code size specifications.
For example, the package of cigarette packets is commonly used: blank 18mm × 18mm, black code 15mm × 15mm, default edge 1.5mm (black code edge to blank edge distance).
Box packaging is commonly used: blank 15mm × 15mm, black code 12mm × 12mm, default edge 1.5mm (black code edge to blank edge distance).
2. QR code direction setting
There are 3 positioning patterns in the QR code. The QR code can be quickly read from any direction in 360°. However, the direction of the QR code must match the printed standard.
3. QR code version setting
The QR code (herein referred to as the QR code) has different versions (types) of 1 to 40, and each version has an inherent symbol structure (the symbol refers to a square black and white point constituting the QR code).
The "symbol structure" refers to the number of symbols in the two-dimensional code. Starting from 21 symbols × 21 symbols, each of them is incremented by 4 symbols in the vertical and horizontal directions, and reaches 177 symbols × 177 symbols.
4. Two-dimensional code error correction level setting
The two-dimensional code has an "error correction function" so that data can be recovered even if some codes become dirty or damaged. Data recovery is based on codewords (units that make up internal data. In the case of QR codes, every 8 bits represent 1 codeword), up to about 30% error correction (according to the difference in dirty and damage levels, there are also Unable to recover). It can be selected from 4 error correction levels of "L", "M", "Q" and "H".
